Return & Refund Policy
At Pawbits, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted for orders placed through our store.
1. Standard Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be requested for return within 30 days after delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- be in the same condition in which you received it;
- be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
- include original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging, where applicable; and
- be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions, except where prohibited by applicable law.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at jdcueva66@startmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address:

Items sent back without prior return authorization may be refused.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at jdcueva66@startmail.com as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after delivery, with photos and your order number.
If the issue is confirmed, we will, at our discretion and subject to applicable law:
- replace the item;
- issue a full or partial refund; or
- offer another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at jdcueva66@startmail.com with your order number and the details of the item you would like instead. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
6. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

8. Right of Withdrawal / Cooling-Off Rights
If the laws of your country, state, or region provide you with a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, cooling-off, or return right, those rights are not limited or waived by this Policy and will apply in addition to the terms stated here.

This Policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.
